To all those who wish to honor the memory of Scotty Ross,
Our son, Scotty Ross, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January 2005 at the age of 17. His tumor was inoperable and our only hope was chemotherapy. The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Ride for Kids raise enough money every year to allow ongoing research to find a cure for this disease. Because of the latest research and drugs available, we were able to have Scotty with us for 2 ½ precious years before he succumbed to his disease. We truly believe that without the efforts of the PBTF our time with Scotty would have been much shorter and he would not have been able to accomplish the many things that were so important to him.
While we know that nothing will ever replace our son, we look forward to supporting the PBTF and welcoming the day when brain cancer no longer has the devastating impact that it currently has on so many families.
We miss Scotty so very much and want to help find a cure for this #1 cause of cancer death in children.
Thank you for your love and support
Joan and Bill Ross
